for whom using CyanogenMod-7_EAv5 ROM
maybe can try this setting for more battery life

-cyanogenmod setting > performance > cpu setting > available governors --->>> choose "smartass"
then tick "Set On Boot"

for my Mi300 using this setting save more battery than default setting "ondemand"

damn if got 299 straightaway get one for my gf already..LOL..or as spare

Baru lepas flash to CM7_EAv5.0 with Ubuntu#3 kernel.
Using SetCPU with scaling performance 600max 122min.
Quadrant Advanced score:
Total: 1166
CPU: 3311
Mem: 822
I/O: 1174
2D: 220
3D: 302

I'm using SuperOSR-ST@-Boston-2.0.1 before but doesn't have good performance even tweak cpu up to 768mhz or leave it at 600mhz still same.

My preference launcher is GO Launcher EX (currently on v2.56), very good performance and smooth

im using this [Rom 2.3.5] CyanogenMod 7 EA v5.1, so far so good, listening songs thru speaker, few calls, wifi, games...left with average 35-40% of battery...

i also noticed that ghost trackball movement if phone left ilde even during when i was using phathom sky.

oh guys, please add me to the list...i request this several months ago.

i can say pretty decent, with full charge in the morning mine can last until i got home from work with moderate usage (some wifi when necessary, game, some calls and texts). Never switch on 3g network.

yes you can
according to edgar86 from androidpt:
EAv5 uses superOSR kernel, which is somewhat crap.
CM7_EAv5.1: kernel_2.6.32.9-EA # 2, improved wifi
ALL can use the EA # 3 kernel.

v5 matches EA #3 kernel have longer battery life compared with v5.1 + EA#3 kernel.
performance is the same, but edgar86 claims that with EA#3 the phone is "more fluid, faster system links"
