BUT, when i want to install the Android Screenshots and Screen Capture file, its opening my Nokia OVI Suite.
How to install the downloded file? When I try to extract, its a .jar file.

will reflash again tonight

how do u clear data/cache/dalvik cache after flash? use clockworkmod?

dont do master reset..

go to recovery.

select these option to make sure all clear

1. wipe data (3rd option if im not wrong)
2. wipe cache (after the wipe data option)
3. wipe dalvik (in the advance menu)

** doing this will wipe all data and applications. make sure u do backup 1st.

im not sure why it'll open ovi suite
supposed to be .exe installer just like any other windows application
its a java program

can u do this and let me know:

go to properties of the Android Screenshots and Screen Capture exe file.
then look at the "type of file:". It associate with what program?
and also, how about u try to run other exe files?
what windows u use?

Description: 7z Setup SFX

Other .exe files is okay to open. I'm using Windows7 x64.

Thanks Ralph_D for the installation link, I'm downloading JDK and Android SDK right now.
Also i'm uninstalling all Nokia software from my pc too ;D
