gingerbread alternatives..

phantom revolution rev1 battery consumption is so great..
50% left after 18 hours with heavy usage.. the best rom ever for battery life..
recomended..

but i duno how to flash....

using sunglobal battery ??? I wonder why every poeple have different of usage thou . Even i was on phantom revoluton rev1 , U guys say that can use up to 18 hour and left 50 % .

but for me , maybe around 8 or 9 hours of heavy usage already 50 . What is the problem thou . I using sunglobal battery also

how many application installed? setcpu configuration? active widget?

should i flash ?? i scared my warranty gone...how to flash back to original to claim warranty if anything happen? need to backup before flash ?? urgent...

just follow the 1st post. u will be safe.. about warranty. i dont think u need to scared about.. Today my friend go to CSL to claim warranty for mi300. They only look at the date at the back cover and say it still under warranty. it can be fix..

so, in my opinion, warranty is not a big issue here.. The main thing is, what u want from the phone..

again, sunglobal battery that u use is for nokia right? so there is any chance for me to use aftermarket battery for my csl mi320?anyone know? i searched for mi320 thread, but found nothing.lol ...

Oh from that .pdf. I had downloaded them semalam, but not quite understand with the installation step given in the pdf file,
Should I start from the "Installation" (green font) or I have to do "Partition your SD Card" (yellow font) first?
Really need a step by step tutorial huhu, still noob LOL...

flashing not really that hard.. it easy..

just follow this.

1. rooting process (for having the superuser in ur phone)
a. install z4root.apk
b. run the z4root
c. make sure u has wifi connection.
d. select the permenant root

if the rooting failed, start again from c.

After rooting done, u should have the "SuperUser" at menu.

2. install the ROM Manager (for install custom recovery)
a. download and install the rom manager. (free version should be enough)
b. make sure wifi on and can surf internet.
c. run rom manager.
d. select the "flash clockworkmod recovery"
e. select the "commtiva z71 (boston, blaze, and more)
f. there should bar indicate the download process at the top. wait download to be complete. around 3mb+
g. after finish. it will popup that flash already complete.. u can try by "reboot into recovery". if green recovery exists, mean this process complete. go to next step.

if the process failed, start again from b.

3. backup the stock rom using rom manager
a. run rom manager
b. select "backup current rom"
c. give it a name as u like
d. press ok
e. wait the phone reboot and it will automatic backup all the stock rom.

4. install the Phantom Revolution rev1 ( after u backup stock rom)
a. download the Phantom Revolution rev1 nb0.
b. make sure u install the SUTLR
c. connect ur phone via USB but, DONT MOUNT THE SD CARD
d. run the SUTLR and browse to the PK nb0
e. Press next because there will state ur device connected
f. Press next again and it will start flashing.. DO NOT DISCONNECT UR PHONE!!

5. finish - after flashing, there will be android logo. change language and customize as u like....

please download the first 2 files on top first the Installation Pack and Nb0 Flashable File

then, if u think u want to fully erase your previous data ( recommended) *Please make backup,and start with the yellow font please be reminded that this will erase all your data,

when u done with that , or u dont want to erase your data just follow the green font step.

this cannot apps2sd

how much is the sunglobal battery? perform better than stock?

not sure really .. how to check it? i just flash it last nite..

huh ? i'm using ROM SFPR1 and got support wan leh
did u install apps2sd pro ...
it will list out all the programs that can be send to SD card.
but still have to manually click each program yourself....

do note, that not all program support apps2SD...

i was refering to how to check on the version of rom .. currently im using Phantom Sky Revolution v1 by flph im not sure either its rev3c or what..
