4gb rm25+
8 gb rm40+
16 rm90+

better get class 10

i get

8gb for only rm60+ no problem at all with CM7 or gingerbread

actually the latest build of CM7 is stable enough for everyday use..
i've use build 97 and now 104 for 1 month already.. get the best result and experience using mi300 biggrin.gif
