just wanna ask some question about SetCPU, I enabled it under Phantom Setup, and it's always running in background automatically after reboot.
let say I disable it under Phantom setup menu, is my CPU still running max to 600MHz?
or we need to enabled SetCPU (inside Phantom Setup) for cpu run max to 600MHz?

if you don't want setcpu to run in the background, just uninstall it. phantom default cpu frequency is 600MHz
so with or without setcpu, it still runs on 600MHz

here's a tip, for a longer battery life, use setcpu and set the scalling to 'conservative', but will lag a bit if u have a lot of apps installed (100++)

i no need 100+ already lagged since i forget to partition after flashing it for quite some time.

anyone know where can I get a new casing? the black casing comes along with this phone is not that good, cracked for no reason...

bro,mine is naked. at 1st i also looking for 1 so badly. trust me u will prefer no external casing later on. its simply too hot for the battery wif the wifi turning on. mine is clocked on 700mhz++ all the time

some more Question related to android...

Is't we still can get gmail/maps/other apps version updated?
example on froyo 2.2.1 gmail apps is version x.x.1, then when we update ROM to froyo 2.2.2 we will get gmail app version x.x.2.

if we don't update ROM to latest android, can we just get new version for gmail/maps/other app?
