Okay guys, we have heard of people whacking 10 or 20 eggwhites a day.

The question is, how do u dispose the yolk?

I usually just chug it away in the bin but i think its such a waste!

Would love to hear for some ideas smile.gif

Yolks are good. Seriously, but calories are calories. You don't wanna consume 10 a day if you already have other sources of cals.

Hi darklight79 or any other experience bb-ers out there,

I'm a bit confuse when it comes to nutrition/over-eating/calorie count and etc.

1. Let's say this is the current diet plan.

> Pre-breakfast (3 hardboiled eggs with yolk)
:: usually a light 5-10 min workout (pushups, airsquats, pullups) ::
> Normal breakfast (can of tuna/bacon/2-3 Beef pattie + salad)
> Lunch (Half Bowl Rice, Extra Chicken(basically 3pc chicken(KFC) + Extra Veggie)).
> 2 Scoops Protein Shake (Pre-workout)
::Workout 45-90 mins::
> 2 Scoops Protein Shake (Post-workout)
> Dinner (Half Bowl Rice, Extra Chicken(basically 3pc chicken(KFC) + Extra Veggie).
> Before bedtime (3 hardboiled eggs with yolk)

[Of course there are also the usual supplements GNC multi-vit, fish oil, coconut oil, and some grape seed extract in the morning and before sleep]

Thus my question is 6 eggs(with yolk) a day (3 morning, 3 before bed) consider overkill ? or just about right? (assuming the current weight is 80kg)

I'm still a little fuzzy on the calorie count and stuffs. It's driving me INSANE when someone talk numbers(calories) with food. To me, as long as I'm still hungry(and not bloated) I'll just toss in some eggs or anything affordable to my wallet.

2.
So is there truth in this article (link below)?? Or it's half-truths?

if u are losing fat atm you can buy oil spray from carrefour and fry the whites with almost no oil. you can also add cinnamon or cinnamon+suger combo on the top to make it taste better.
