hope that solves your problem but you will need to prepare a minimum 20amp wiring point for ceramic hob.

15amp is for Water heater. Just to share how to calculate. eg: Water Heater 3600w / 240v = 15amp EEG 75201 4500w / 240v = 19amp
Fotile HL7B require 13amp normal socket point only

electric hobs memang nd around 20amp. According to FOTILE's research, this hob is more energy efficient compared to gas hob.
