But bear in mind your cheap SP might have glue that tore away the layer coating of your screen. Someone said there's a layer of coating on the ipad. To avoid the problem, you might need to stick with the SP. You cannot change your SP liao.

Just bought matte screen protector by screen guard from lyn seller tabs. Price is RM48 but the good thing is the level of customer service. Very polite, install the screen protector carefully to ensure the sp is fitting perfectly and no bubbles at all. Highly recommended seller!

Im using an rm10 clear sp. Its surprisingly good lol. No rainbow crap or bubbles. Got it off a forumer in lyn. Clarity wise its prefect. But durability wise i guess i'll just have to wait and see :3

And as for the oleophobic coating on the screen. Well, if ur using a screen protector then u dont really need the coating in the first place. The purpose of the oleophobic coating is to make the screen more smudge resistant and easier to clean off.

Find good ones. U can actually see how good it is by putting it up to a light source. A lot of people seem to opt for matte. But i find these really affecting the image quality of the screen so i went for clear sp's both on my ipad2 n ip4. biggrin.gif need to wipe off the smudges every once and a while tho.

honestly, unless a "branded" SP is actually good,in the sense that, lets say,its anti glare, has really nice quality, and the pixelation isnt too bad, then its fine.i'll get one.other than that,i wouldnt spend a heck of doe on clear SPs.no matter how expensif they are.clear is clear.that's why i'll live wit the rainbow effect tongue.gif

and the olephobic coating, yea, cool and all, wipes off easily,i rather have a protected screen.and btw, does anyone notice,on the naked screen, with its oleophobic coating, its not that smooth to slide your fingers around?so yea.i dont like the feel of a naked screen.

I have tried most of the type of SC clear, matte, privacy, mirror or even naked.
At the end I still prefer the diamond SC I use in my iPad 1 and gonna to use it in my ipad 2 as well !
It doesn't sacrified the clear view and prevent dirt from my daughter's dirty hand.
It has better clear view than matte one and anti finger LIkE function same as matte as well may be due to the diamond visual effect.
About the "blink blink" I don't think it affect much on the screen, nearly not noticeable after iPad is turn on. And it looks cool when it is turn off !
I got it for RM50 only .......

for me, i think that the best is bodyguardz.. When u 1st applying it, it doesn't5 dry off instantly and it is able to readjust.. the other function are well.. the fingerprint does stick but it is easily wipe off..
