1. Use a Blank paper.
2. Print it with the animation you want in black and white.
3. Colour it with Bunco Fluorescent colour.
4. Stick it anywhere you want XD
Done!

so leceh must color ah? wat i used to do was go buy fluorescent paper at bookstores then print on them....got so many diff colours somemore.

then use the thin double sided tape n kow tim.

colouring might not give u even colours as ur strokes might overlap each other making some parts thicker.

if ur lucky enough u can even find fluorescent stickers in A4 size so u can straight print, cut and stick. but these are a lil harder to find...plus the printer u use to print on them need to be good oso... i used laserjet last time.

fluorescent paper oso alot of colours... 1 pack got multi colour wan....paper much easier to find than sticker

spray cheaper...u can get RM6-RM12 per can for normal brand...
