If your sync problem is related to Mail for Exchange, try changing the settings. I'm no technical expert but the following things has at least solved my sync problems: Open MfE > go to Options > go to Mail for Exchange > What to sync > change "remove mail" to "after 1 day" - and that sorted it for me... Hi all need to ask something. If my phone feels laggy without a known reason, would a soft reset helps fix it?

That would be whatsapp and nokia chat. I've uninstalled both, not working. But really i think the problem started when i downgraded my qt. since then it got laggy and got worse after i install whatsapp and nokia chat.
So would a soft reset helps?
