Hi guys, I need a quick solve to a query I have about this phone and Nokia in general. I tried googling but each result varies with one another so I believe it's for the best to get first-hand answers for malaysian owners

Does the N8 support free lifetime turn-by-turn navigation? And how is the performance of Ovi Maps compared to the likes of standalone navigation apps in iOS and Android? Thanks in advance!

Yes it does support. And i feel Nokia's navigation is better. And there's oways garmin.

im not using a-gps only gps(free lifetime) im living in Nilai use ovi maps is as good as google maps(without compass sadly), the navi always remind user where to turn/go very accurately (remind up to 4 time for long straight road) i have been in terenganu and johor with it , it also covers kampung roads (eg bukit gambang resort, LCCT shortcut via small kampung, finding BAH KU TEH). i would give 4/5 for ovi map

Eh, tried download... It's lite version wor...

If you click on best sellers, you will see the full version is not free, but judging from the price, almost like free la. Angry Birds all also RM4 per title, compared to RM10 last time.
