I'm back to whatsapp. I saw a way to really kill the task when u dowan it to auto connect. Install KILLME, then go to the first page and choose whatsapp, and press terminate. it wont auto connect. guarantee.

then u can msg ppl when u needed, but ppl cant msg u when u kill the process.

i nvr encounter whatsapp using up all the data quota and online all the while, and the data usage damm puny. I got nearly 2000 messages sent/received thru whatsapp and the total usage up to now just 5mb for 4 months.

im concerned bout the batt oni. such as during events like the nokia photography event. and im suer many ppl cares bout the data usage, if not us. hahaha

btw hows the sunglobal battery?

yea.. for extreme power saving can kill the process. I am using Best Taskman, can kill the process as well.

As for the battery, i am still monitoring it, not yet recharge btw. Need few more cycles.

me too... but i use best taskman to kill it when i wanna quit the whatsapp.
then run the whatsapp again when i need it anytime

using about 3.67mb of ram. No problem at all with it. One problem with whatsapp is that we cannot receive emoticons from android/ios version. The emote will becomes some unicode character.
But after all it is still under Beta stage for android and symbian.
