mass storage mode makes all your apps go back to application folder instead of in the folders that you have arranged it... sienz...

Depends your needs sir. For mass storage mode u transfer very fast but can't access phone memory
Pc suite mode can access phone memory and mass storage even some unique features but transfer rate slower. I prefer mass storage more
