Could someone help me, if I were to buy a japan 3DS worth like rm750 (+shipment) there would be tax imposed on the item right? Is it 10% or we can like nego with the custom guy?

I know ppl here n there that would sell that price, xP even at price of 990 with a game of your choice but still i think thats expensive...
