Actually can register ur ASI 3DS by switching the front 2 alphabets to one of US region n maintain the remaining numbers from your serial number. Did it actually n it werks smile.gif. Can't recall the exact details as I'm on the go. Will confirm later this evening. In the meantime, try it
just for coins n nothing more, but luckily now can DL games with the points

Asians only get 3 months.

US, depends on the shop. Same with Japan. And yes, there's region locking.

Well, weirdly, from the Malaysian side, its only 3 though.

Nothing at all. Just the adapter.

thanks for the tip ! it actually works for registering the system BUT we still can't get points for it as you'll have to key in a PIN that is suppose to be included in the 3DS US box. i don't remember having such a PIN slip in our ASI 3DS box ...

so, after registering all we will get is a 90-day warranty extension and NO coins ... sad.gif

To be fair, i'm worried ur serial ID is similar to one in US, that has not been registered.

Might wanna be careful with that, just in case.

anyone wanted to try out nintendo zone at your home?
it pretty simple
just set ur ssid as "attwifi"
and disable encription and ur 3DS will detect nintendo zone available for u to connect and now u have a nintendo zone at ur home tongue.gif

Added on February 10, 2012, 10:20 pmjust make sure that after u finish playing with nintendo zone at home remember to unable back the encryption of ur wifi or people would have access to ur free wifi

Another workaround is to setup MAC filtering even with encryption off. That would prevent malicious intruder.

I had never been an avid fan of Tales series. Not to agitate any Tales of fanboys here but I had tried Tales of Abyss and I'm not impressed. I'm more leaning towards turn based RPG games like FF series.

Now saving $$ to purchase RE: Revelations once it's in stock.
