we will send to service centre for repair, if necessary will change.

1) Which service center? Apple or ur own service center?

2) Also, original AppleCare cover battery replacement. Ur warranty cover that too?

Nothing u can do if u never repair apple product before..ur warranty by company is nothing than to attract people come to buy from u..
Apple Logic Board Cost More than rm1k, i dont think ur company will change for free..or after 1 year maybe thinking give "stupid" reason to decline warranty claim after 1 year? if no warranty from Apple just tell no warranty..
