You should opt for the courier service offered by western digital during your RMA form fill up process. It is USD7.50 which is cheaper than if you pay for UPS or FeDex. More reliable also since it is provided by WD own contractor. |

oh yeah..also forgot to mention, they come collect at your doorstep. Much more convenient.
