Finally gotten my LEGO creators from KLCC TRU (Isetan also got 'em). Whats suprising is their pricing are pretty cheap too. Like Ninjago, from their RRP in US$, many were between x4 and x5 upon reaching our shores. Gotten these:

6913: Blue Roadster 152pcs ... US$12.99 become rm49.90
6912: Super soarer 130pcs ... US$12.99 become rm49.90

Creator propeller adventure (red plane) doest follow the above formula though... it cost US$19.90 but end up more than x5 to become rm109.90 here. hmm..

As for Ninjago, there's one good deal for Battle Arena with 418pcs. It cost US$39.99 and end up about RM159/169 here. Its the same price with Rattlecopter (smaller set at US$29.99 with 327 pcs) . Weird huh.

btw, if you're as pokai as me every month end, you'll took the trouble to calculate theses to get the best bang for your ringgit . ;P

Sigh. I've said it before and will say again.

This is a shady way to do business. Retailers are supposed to sell at retail prices and not join in by scalping prices. Worse are those retailers who sell them loose at scalp prices.

Lego company should stomp these bad practices.

Boycott.

hehe, maybe we can work out together to list out the RRP in US compare to MY RRP, so that everyone can know which to get local and which is not. smile.gif

Just want to share my weekend project of making a DIY Lego Minifig display. Great alternative if you don't want to plonk down too much money on the official display cabinets!

Great work. I have been thinking of this for quite a while. There are quite a few resources on the Internet of using Ribba and and other shadowboxes.
