It will be bright enough but it also depends on the brand. A lot of CCFL are dull/dim

my red ccfl is using sound inverter..
if there is no sound playing or any thumping bass or clapping of hands then it won't light up.. basically the uv will light up continuously the red ccfl will light up according to the sound inverter. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cSdZ9rVDgVI |

its not recommended to mix both ccfl and uv ccfl... the ccfl will cover the uv ccfl effect...
and if u r using ccfl or uv ccfl, plz hide it.... its nicer that way especially for uv ccfl where u can only see the glowing part instead of the whole uv tube |
