Just need to remember not to allow emotion to control you and say things which you don't mean it. Words said are impossible to retract unless that person understands you well enough to allow it to slip by. But you can't expect people to take all the crap just because you're upset, that is just plain selfish.

Just like a crocodile, it may have hard skin but its inside are still made of flesh and blood. A short blunt knife may not hurt it but words will.....if it understands English. lol.
