every developer likes to claim their project is in good location. well, kayu ara area is a "not so exciting" location at this moment. but who knows some time in future.

same thing happened back in two years ago when my friend approached me for a serviced apartment project in Jalan 222, pj. at that time, developer's price for a 1,000sf at RM280k. Jalan 222 is also somewhere kampung area and also surrounded by industrial properties. last heard the unit there now priced at not below RM350k.
everyone, please judge yourself before putting your hard-earned money to property. I do not recommend or recommend any property investment here.
