Huh? I've received sms states the boulevard residence starts to sell now? 2 types...
but this thread has been here since 2011..... @_@ what's going on? Can't sell? Saw iproperty and it's 1000psf ++ crazy price 900k for 800sf+ |

I am interested in getting one for myself. Just went to see today. Any direct owners here willing to cut me a deal (rather than going thru agent)? Cheapest I found so far via agent is RM630k for 880 sf.

not to pour cold water but for own stay, strongly advised to study the surroundings...the main issue is the petrol stations (health, fire hazards especially when trucks unloading petrol stock sometimes really strong smell...few workshops, and sometimes smokes...many cars and motorcyccles are driven dangerously in front of the petrol stations...buyers really need to check themselves
