Warning, don't read if you're a Razer fanboi.

Really dissapointed with the Onza TE. The thumbsticks are really nice, really responsive, but you can't depress the sticks (LSB/RSB) and have full stick travel at the same time. This can be a big issue for games that requires you to hold the LSB down and move the stick full forward to sprint like in Call of Duty games.
That's not the major issue though, since you can always remap LSB to one of the bumper buttons. IMHO the biggest issue that I have with the Onza TE are the triggers.
The trigger design is nice with good travel. The problem lies with the trigger spring. Razer has opted to go with a softer trigger spring compared to the standard XBOX 360 Controller. While it take less effort to pull the trigger, it takes longer for the trigger to return. For shooters, this is a big problem. A stronger spring would mean it's faster for the trigger to reset and for you to pull the next shot. Double-tapping with the Onza is an exercise in frustration as most of the time it fails to register the 2nd trigger pull because the trigger has not returned to its full length. Not good for a controller that's meant for FPS.
My wishlist if Razer were to release another controller for shooters:
1. Trigger
-Roller bearing
-Magnetic spring return
-Adjustable pull
-Selectable Optical switch/microswitch
-Interchangable trigger shoe (long, short, curved, blade, smooth, rough, etc)
2. Relocate the programmable buttons to the bottom, so that I can use middle or ring fingers on them.
3. Adjustable height analog sticks. Adjustable resistance is good as it is, let's add adjustable height to that. Of course they have to fix that annoyance where you can't use LSB and push full forward at the same time.
4. Firmer D-pad buttons. Right now it feels mushy IMO.
5. Ballast option. Same like some gaming mouse, the option to add some weight is a plus.
