1. set canvas dimension in for the ACTUAL photo. 150 dpi is more than enough.
2. create new layer, paint it all white. then delete the areas where the photo suppose to appear. this is for the border. 3. place the JPG of your photo in the PSD file, move the layer under the layer that holds the border. adjust the image to fit. |

how about just send without the border?
 simple. settle. your face still there. still within 3.5cm x 5cm. |
