QUOTE(haha0803 @ May 21 2011, 03:00 PM) oo.... how is your ATH-AD700 doing ? So far so good?good in music? while the AD900 is definitely out of your budget, you may refer to my review of it in this post: http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...post&p=42471023 (a complete review with links/references link is also there that links to my website) The AD700 in general speaking is after all, a scaled down version of the AD900. you may also refer this website: http://www.headfonia.com/audio-technica-ad...1000prm-ad2000/ for info on the the Audio Technica AD series anyways as previous poster said, please refer this thread for recommendation: http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1849925=edit= adding more link lol This post has been edited by Quazacolt: May 21 2011, 06:21 PM

QUOTE(Searingmage @ May 21 2011, 09:23 PM) I don't think the ad700 is truly a scaled down version of ad900.. They both excel in different things, the last time I checked (can't rmb what any longer, unfortunately). Edit: here's a review on ad700 http://www.headfonia.com/audio-technica-ad700-review/if you read from this: http://www.headfonia.com/audio-technica-ad...1000prm-ad2000/then yeah, it kinda is. i've audited to the ad700 myself at jaben. i CAN settle with what the ad700 can provide, especially when its MUCH cheaper than the AD900. what i cannot tolerate is the purple color lol. even headfonia mentioned that. so yeah i went with the ad900 without second thoughts. (audited ad1000 [again, non-PRM as jaben singapore didn't have it at that time] too, very little difference for almost twice the price, so yeah, no brainer again on the AD900's)

QUOTE(LisaChang @ Jul 28 2011, 02:30 PM) I'm using a Creative Tactic 3D Alpha, and it's good in terms of the audio quality and the bass. Was just wondering if anyone knows of something I could upgrade to, for gaming. I'm a WOW player, but i used to play just the rpg bit, now i'm going more into PvP and I find that the creative headphone's positioning in terms of the sound isn't quite good enough. Picking up FPS games too... so something with better positional sound would be great. If anyone's gotta tip give me a heads up? Oh yea... also the creative headphones are relatively small and light, so they're good for my small female head and neck. I tried the steel series and plantronics headphones but found it too bulky and heavy =/ would be nicer if you can provide a budget, or better yet, follow the template on the first page of this thread

QUOTE(yuan415 @ Nov 5 2011, 10:12 PM) Why?? Because of their overpricing? I really hope to try the beats solo frankly, because if the quality satisfy me, i dun mind paying abit higher because of the brand n design.. do a search in this forum and you'll quickly understand why "no to beats" besides, had you done your homework in using the search function, this thread wouldn't have existed
