nornally it takes only 2 secs to shut down.
if it happens often, it means there is one app that is giving trouble.
u should take a look at the apps and remove the suspicious ones.
one possibility is kodi with a lot of obsolete/defunct addons/files that are residing inside and u did not exit properly.
check also your memory/storage and ensure they are not running out.
if it persists, best to flash the box and resinstall yr apps.
player -> avr - > tv... if the avr is rather new and hdmi passthru working good, it should be no problem.
to isolate a potential avr problem, u can connect player-> tv direct and try for a while, see if problem goes away or not.
