1. U need fluids during fever especially in dengue but preferably not too sweet as sweet drinks dehydrate ur cells via osmosis. Thus Mineral water, barley kosong or even coconut juice is much better
2. Yes u need more mineral especially when u consume alot of fluids or if u have diarrhoea, to replenish the mineral loss from increase urine excretion or diarrhoea but there are so many other better sources as mention above. Worse to worse get some oral rehydration salt from any pharmacy/clinic. No No to sweet drinks.
3. When we are not feeling well, most of us would have poor apetite as well as increase stress to our stomach which may lead to certain discomfort including nausea. When this occur i think carbonated drinks should be avoided to a further extend.
In summary, avoid to sweet of a drink and a definite no no to 'gassy' drinks. Pure fruit juices, barley kosong/kurang kurang manis or mineral water is good
