QUOTE(Efalex @ Jun 16 2011, 09:09 AM) Basically, under manual switch, you just select which graphic card you want to use and it switch over to your choice and all program will run "under" that graphic card. Under auto switch, you have to select whether the individual program will run under "performance" (AMD 6770m) or "power-saving" (Intel HD3000). When certain program run, the selected card will switch on. Now here is the problem: 1. If you have multiple program running in which some were set under performance while other is under power-saving, we don't know which graphic were used. 2. Some people said that their laptop never able to switch to AMD 6770m to run no matter what they do. OMG... this sounds bad.... cannot switch no matter what they do....

QUOTE(Hezegroth @ Jun 16 2011, 10:34 PM) imo if b4 sept better ask in august You do have a point. Ask in august also still within promotional period (expired at 31 August) provided that the stock still available Added on June 16, 2011, 10:48 pmBtw, got one question. How to COMPLETELY uninstall the Norton antivirus that came with the dv6? Norton have been known for its notorious uninstallation that still leave traces of its software even if you uninstall it. Wanna get rid of the Norton and use Avira when my "girlfriend" come This post has been edited by rurushu: Jun 16 2011, 10:48 PM

Erm... wanna ask one question regarding the Beats headphone. It said it is with the controlTalk thing. What is the controlTalk device actually? Is it for controlling volume and use it like mic? Can we bypass it and connect the headphone directly to the 3.5mm jack? Meaning, just use it like regular headphone...

QUOTE(Acid_RuleZz @ Jun 17 2011, 03:24 AM) ControlTalk is only usable for iPhone (and other Apple product maybe). It's like handsfree for handphone. U cannot use it with your laptop which is pretty dumb to me. Now i see.... thanks for your info.

Almost forgot to ask the most important (well, at least to me it is...) question regarding the dv6-6001tx and dv6-6114tx. The 2 USB3.0 slots are located on the right side of the notebook or the left side of the notebook? I tried to distinguish it but the blue color pad of the USB3.0 is not very significant on the dv6, so i cannot really identified which ones are the 3.0 slots.... can help clarify this?
