anyone knows why my order status is still "submitted" after 4 days?

This is my first time with HP but with Dell usually its instantaneous. I don't get why it would take more than a few days to get approval for a credit card payment

I ordered my dv6 online and is supposed to receive it next monday but why is the headphones still having "date will follow" status.
