^try this.
Run your game in window mode,
Open up CPU-Z (CPU tab), GPU-Z (Sensor tab) and HWMonitor.
Position those so that you can the CPU, GPU clock speed and temperature..
Then play your game, when the slowdown occur, observe the GPU, CPU clock speed and temperature.

What really happen? I have no idea.. its window, anything can happen.

1) I think u can ignore that.. then just update everything from Window Update and reboot. The graphic driver will be included.

2) Here's is how to switch off your pagefile. (Click on image for larger sauce)

1. Right click on compute then click "Properties"
   
   
2. Click "Advanced system settings"
   
   
3. Click "Settings"
   
   
4. Click "Change"
   
   
5. Untick Automatically manage paging file size for all drives
   
   
6. tick "No Paging"
   
   
7. Click "Set"
   
   
8. Click "Ok"
   
   
9. Reboot your system. Done.
   

What Lee's asking u is to download Cpu-Z and Gpu-Z. U can get the links from his signature or just google them both.

Which 1? Disabling the pagefile?

It just prevent window to use your HDD as virtual memory since your Ram is alooot faster than your HDD. If u received prompt like "Not enough memory, please close <insert application name> program." I suggest u to enable it back.

I think 8GB is sufficient to disable pagefile for this laptop.

So if laptop with 8GB Ram, there is no need to do for this?

btw, i already downloaded the graphic driver and it is located in Users. how to install it? becos i open the file inside got many files which to click?
or it doesnt required to install anything just download?


btw, i already download the CCleaner and updated the anti-virus and scan over and over again. There is always a few infected files.

hello..do you guys know what does 'intel RST' program do?
i uninstall mine. i have issues with it..it slow my system considerably..
after uninstall, so far so good.

and i may have a faulty #2 ram slot..tomorrow going to hp centre for verification

Sorry, u can delete that graphic driver since you probably already install it when u updated your window.

CCleaner removed your temporary/old cache file. If it still show results mean that window is still using that file. U can close CCleaner.

Btw, all game affected by this slowdown? Did u tried what lee has suggested?

so far i only have 1 game. and its Street Fighter IV.

btw i suspect it is influenced by the "Microsoft Games for Windows - LIVE". Can i uninstall this idiot thing that connect us to play online?

Laptop with 8GB or more can disable the pagefile.

according to Intel website, it give longer batter life with a single disk system.

2) Switch to HD6770M. Open device manager, right click properties on Radeon™ HD 6770M and Mobile Intel® HD Graphics.

If both using 8.830.6.2000 like in my screenshot mean u're using the latest 1.

guys, it went back to normal i just tested. maybe its because of the pagefile like what acid said? i going to set back and try again see whether it is this problem anot.

wondering soething, the series number is above 108, but in device manager, shows the affected driver..

so do we really ignore it??

If u receive "Not enought memory, please close blablabla" message from window. Enable the pagefile back. I only get that "Not enough memory" when i'm playing Crysis.. i guess the game textures/data is damn big.

bro i checked, the driver was 8.810.4 which is different from yours. guess i haven update to latest version rite?

so back to the question, i downloaded the files u linked. and put it in USER documents. how to install it? when i open the file it has many files inside.
