may i know what's a good rechargeable battery for a speedlight? I am thinking of getting the sb 700

Is there any special method to charge eneloop technology batteries? Can I treat it like handphone batteries where I can charge it anytime?
I am waiting for my Sanyo Harmolattice to be delivered and I am really excited to use it on my SB 700 |
