Anybody here good at product shot? Anybody used a light tent and soft box? Continuous light or flash creates better outcome?

huge difference. The tonality difference between the 2 photos give the viewer a totally different feel.

The first one feels dull, but the second one feels more lively. smile.gif

That's what DSLR owners should strive to achieve.

Anybody have experience with both Nikkor 70-300 VRII vs Sigma 70-200 HSMII? Which 1 is a better option? In low light, VR vs f/2.8, which 1 take better shots? Wondering.... 70-200 can do good panning shots?

SO many questions.... rclxub.gif

70-200? u can refer celciuz flickr as i remember he did try panning before..
*
LOL.... his 1 is the ultimate weapon la.... I'm comparing just the 2k region. Most important is like stage show and events, whether Nikkor 70-300 or 70-200 HSM does better.

Make it simple, VR+f/4-5.6 vs Non VR+f/2.8

Sigma also can do panning. Its just a matter how you pan and how good you pan  tongue.gif I've done with the 55-250 from canon and its not too hard. Doesn't have USM/HSM. Here is one from 70-200 VR II  smile.gif

Me no need receipt =) , i even can cheat my purchase date

But is all depend on the person who asking u. The worker there din ask me for receipt. Just ask when is ur purchase date.

So, actually must depend on the staff there lar.

Added on May 11, 2011, 2:17 pmSo, KTCY is right.

Btw, KTCY do you know which penang shop got sell think tank -.-"
*
Where u tried to ask? Penang service centre? The PKNS service centre is very strict, they asked for receipt, if not they will check thru system for the shipment record date of the item. The used lens I bought previously, the seller said unfilled, 1 year old, but frm system it shows it was shipped 3 years+ ago!!
