f/2.8 is much more useful in lowlight than VR

lol, that 1 Nikon 70200 sure can la, jz dunno Sigma 70200 can b on par or not
*

i meant very slow compare to 70200  tongue.gif

tried on my D5000 n my fren's D300
not to say very slow like hunting in low light, but AF speed isnt considerably faster than 18105 or 55-200, but definitely faster than 1855
*
for me, its definitely faster than 18-105.
especially when tracking subjects.
perhaps when shooting stills, u wont notice the difference that much.

Where u tried to ask? Penang service centre? The PKNS service centre is very strict, they asked for receipt, if not they will check thru system for the shipment record date of the item. The used lens I bought previously, the seller said unfilled, 1 year old, but frm system it shows it was shipped 3 years+ ago!!
*
i would guess all depends how 'unfilled' the card is, and what kind of lens.
if the card doesnt have a dealer stamp, then u have to get one before filling in the date.
also obviously if u bring in a long discontinued lens and said u got it a few months ago...they're not going to believe u unless u show a receipt.

anyone experienced sigma 70-200 2.8 non OS version?
*
if u dont intend to do lots of cropping its fine, as its softer than 80-200.
better top up abit more get used 80-200...unless of cos ur body got no motor...

Actually I am trying to get retro feeling (kind of old school pic if you want to call it). and I couldn't get a feeling of retro if the picture is crystal clear and tack sharp.  hmm.gif
Yes bro.. I'll definitely do it again. currently still in the process of post editing tongue.gif hahaha
*
which goes to show sharpness isnt everything if the feel is not there tongue.gif

the higher contrast on the braces gives illusion that its sharper abit.
tho the creases on the shirt / blouse / whatever looks sharper.

whether it converts it or not before importing i dunno, cos i hate apple products and dont like using them.

does android tablet support RAW editing?

BTW anyone knows waht kind of equipment football match photographers used? I just finished looking at some photos and was very impressed by the sharpness...
*
i know 1 media sports guy who currently has these.
d3s, d3, d7000.
70-200, 400/2.8, 600/4...apart from the usual 12-24, 24-70 and tc1.4.
actually most of them will have these anyway...some may add on a 200-400/4 and 300/2.8.

if u can get a spot say 3/4 down the sideline, 70-200 may just do.

Hmm, saw few sellers sell Nikon D7000 grip at a very cheap price(RM350 or less). Wonder it's original or not.

should be original gray set.

Mainland set.  hmm.gif  bunch of cheap prices at Taobao. Roughly RM160 and above after convert. But I've seen the picture and compared with local set. The rubber grip seems weird.
*
since u know the answer then why ask? tongue.gif
so u saying those are fake?

u referring to that kuantan seller in garage sales?
then imo, either those are stolen or fakes cos i dont think nikon ever ships directly from china.

D90 is officially discontinued.

imo, its too much yellow.
try to make it look more washed out something like this.
then maybe u can add abit of noise to it and maybe vignette it abit.
