i just knew today (after>4 months) that the eSATA port on the right of the m15x beside the USB port can be used as a USB port

haha, but i thought the m15x is replaced by the m14x though...but i still can see the laptop being sold in retail shops though....

well, bringing out in a sense that i don't go out daily with my laptop, but my work requires me to fly around the world, and hence this is why i considered an AW....i need to look at CAD drawings, and sometimes, the file gets so big, that it lags my current laptop badly...i dun use the AW to game 100%, i can also use it for work....
haha, honestly, i feel that the M14x's spec ain't as good as the M15x....and the m15x sold here is using GTX460M....not 260M..xD

Finally received my M14x today. So excited!

btw, i'm at the airport in HK right now, going to Germany, man, bringing this baby around ain't no easy feat....i sweat so much carrying it around....but i do get people staring at me for using my laptop....haha

but i think i still need that Orion backpack, as i use my current backpack...it's close to full, i had to put my printed documents into my luggage bag

Thanks guys I just realized that the battery is non removable like the M11x. Why didn't I check that first before buying

my m11x-R1 hinge just got replaced and i didn't need to pay anything (my warranty expired too). I feel that all m11x owners should know this. Dell should replace your broken hinge even after warranty because this is a known defect.

what you need to do,
1.) Snap a picture of your broken hinge
2.) Send these links to Dell

Chris M response, this is the most important post, it saws that dell will replace the hinge regardless of warranty (it has to be broken first though).
