The M17x is very powerful already bro, it shouldn't have much problems gaming the upcoming games
You might want to consider it instead, save all the hassle of importing and having warranty problems later on

Okay okay, for the Cooler Pad, its either U2 or U3... since I've already got the U2, the cooling efficiency and size of the U2 for the M14x will determine whether the U3 is worth considering or not
As for the sleeve and bag, its a shame that Dell Malaysia din't take in the M14x sleeve and M14x Orion backpack...
Might need to find some other alternatives... Seen some nice Case Logic ones (used them before for my Qosmio F60, they're very good), but it seems like the sleeve is not "thick" enough to accomodate the M14x, and that's going to be a problem since there isn't much notebook sleeves in shops

True, true, but its not very good if the bag doesn't really tight fit the laptop, the laptop will be literally "moving around" in the backpack because its "too small" if you know what i mean
As for "nobody knows whats inside the bag", true also, but its good and bad at the same time imho... you'll get unwanted attention over here where I live, and that's not a good thing lol
But I can't deny the awesomeness of them Orion bags

And the fan noise is very, very loud. There's a Youtube video just to show how loud it is
The right palm rest will get hot after some time but I guess its okay since we seldom use the arrow keys and use mouse instead

Yeah, the 1st review on the M14x by laptopmag did mentioned that Dell was aware of the fan noise
But if they're going to resort to lowering the fan rpm to reduce the noise.... I don't think its a good idea since that will mean poorer cooling as well

Nvidia Optimus will decide to go on a rampage from time to time, but nothing too much to handle
Newer notebooks with AMD GPUs have Hybrid GPU switching nowadays, which is also auto But its good to see some manufacturers still providing manual switches for GPU- switching despite already having the automatic GPU-switching features

As for it being very audible during gaming, for me I think its acceptable.... you can't have the best of both worlds...
Cool temperatures + Small chassis (relative to desktops) + Quiet fan don't come together
Understand what you meant bro> My old Toshiba M100 had 2 "palms" on the palm rest due to my "corrosive" sweat haha
