If you could still find it, i'm guessing RM60-70. That's how much i got mine back then.
PGs have to be iconic. So i guess that would rule out Kampfer and Zulu. Looking at the approach Bandai's taking, we might just get ourselves a PG Unicorn or surprise(!), a PG Wing Ver Ka.
All you need is the Action Base 1, reinforce it, and make/find a suitable connector.
