Hi Everybody,

I'm sending and buying some documents from U.S and the seller ask me if I can provide him a self addressed envelope with US postal stamps attached to it. My question is where can I buy a US Postal Stamps here in Malaysia? and if it does not available, what other option that can replace this self addressed envelope option? I ask pos malaysia wangsa maju carrefour office about the International Reply Coupon(IRC) but guest what... he ask me back - "what is IRC?"

oh....y cant the seller sent u and u paid for the postage fees to them instead of u getting the us stamp over msia???
mostly.. i got my parcel thru usps which sent from us to msia...
if its for company purpose,its free of charges
