2. They draw marks on clothes using permenant marker. We ask them to clean our clothes, not to dirty them. They do like that because they mix many customers' clothes to wash and the marks can differentiate different customers.

( I don't do markings on clothes )

3. Some dobi use detergen and softeners containing animal fat (dunno which animals. In overseas, pig fat is commonly used).

( my detergen and soffteners are 100% plant based).

4. Many dry cleaning process doesn't use water. The PERC / HydroCarbon use water free chemicals to wash clothes.
For muslims, try to find dobi that provides AQUA dry cleaning service, where water solution is used to wash clothes.

i used to sent all my clothes to the dobi service every week.

Everytime when i go take back my clothes, i always found something extra along with it.. woman panties, oversize jeans, kain baju kurung, single pagoda apek...etc...

but i never made a complain as my clothes never missing at all.

i also kind of wonder, i used to rent at house at the Seri Kembangan, there's dobi center (pretty a lot though) but all sure if cuci - konfem hilang semua kotoran, not like if i clean it myself , kene pallet paintball and lumpur... tau je la kotoran degil

this dobi shop must have done their job.
They have to spot clean every clothes before throwing into washing machine.
Only super stain like paint or permanent marker ink cannot remove.

those dobis that mix customers clothes ... they r the reason why u get extra stuffs.

you never know if they wash pork seller's clothes together with your baju.

Go those pudu dobi and see. Fikking dirty. Bangla, myanmar, nepalese worker wash their uniform there. Also never send your clothes to dobi who wash damn lot of towels. They could be from kedai urut batin and they may wash your clothes together with those semen-stained towels.
