a new ICE wannabe here

so to say,im planning to upgrade the sound of my potong saga 1.3 special edition taht comes wif stock clarion radio/cassete player,stock rear speakers n a pair of pioneer speakers at the frnt doors.(erk,dunno who installed it,my father mayb?)

im planning a soft-upgrade to enhance te sound.what shud i get tho?tweeters? 6x9 speakers?amps? really dunno bout this things.the budget is around rm500..i dun need a super-duper bass where everyone can hear outside,but jus something nice n pleasant for me n the passengers.

well,for the music,im into every genre..YES,everyone of 'em..country,R&B,metal,rock,pop,trance,everything..

yeah im thinking bout changing those proton so called "racing muffler" it doesnt increase any bhp and the sound is not pleasant compared to aftermarket's ones,but it DOES increase the petrol consumption 2x my mom's waja

erk,what's the diff between component n co-ax?shed some light to me 1st b4 the speakers

any recommendations to replace Proton Waja's stock HU? i need it to be replaced already since the knobs are giving problems.

would prefer it to have USB connection in front as for the budget, well, not more than 400 i guess?

guys, recently my mom purchased Sony CDX-GT600UI HU to replace her old stock proton waja HU which malfunctioned edi.

my question is, why is the sound is a bit inferior compared when using standard HU eh? speakers incompatible? the speakers are all functional though. (stock waja speakers)
