Anyone knows what is a good ICE setup for Civic FD for est budget of RM5k? Looking for balanced SQ - mix genre of jazz, rock, R&B, house. Would the budget be enough to cover cost of soundproofing?

and do I even need to change the HU? I saw a converter - Bit10 from Audison, apparently I do not have to change the ori HU. is it any good? What are the limitations of using this converter if i wanted to expand my ICE setup in future.

Lol, the sky's the limit on ICE. My expectation is simple - want something good re SQ and SPL to kill the boredom as I drive alot. Definitely wouldn't go for competition stuffs.

am thinking to do in phases. Initial phase wt a budget of 5k is to ensure basic stuffs are correctly done e.g. HU,soundproof,speakers, good cabling? I've not thought of the next phase yet e.g. sub woofers, amps vaccine will come overtime

Bros, searching for an amp to power up my com and sub. stumble upon PHD 4075. how does the output sound produce? Is it warmer or on the bright side? Thinking of 2nd hand.

i saw someone said that installing a separate amp i.e. mono or monoblock to fire subs can allow flexibility when upgrading. is this true?

Agreed boss.. P80 has lotsa function LPF, HPF, sloping, TA,etc. dont understand some of it. in process of learning how to use.. TT will be nicee
