when i bought it about 3 yrs ago, it's a lil' higher priced than type R, dunno wats the current price of SL60, i personally think that the SQ of SL60 is better. it can go real loud, tweeter's attack is very powerful. very suitable for modern music. i bought it for SQL purpose. the crossover of SL60 is oso quite nice, can do bi-amping.

Any recommendations for a good reasonably-priced ICE shop around PJ/Subang Jaya/Puchong/Shah Alam area? I want to replace my HU with a pioneer 3050UB or 4050UB but I don't know how to install it.

Do they usually charge for HU installation if you buy it from them?

adding a pair of 6x9 will be the best solution for ur case. no HU in this world can drive a sub nicely... even midbass oso weak, let alone sub.

Any recommendation for a double DIN unit with bluetooth and GPS? So far I found Kenwood is the only brand offering this.

Hey there, using Isuzu Citation 3.2L here. Need to change the HU and all the speakers. Looking for a good reliable quality for both items. Also looking for HU with CD and USB as well. What would you recommend?

basically yes, u can use everything stock and add an amp and a sub.

As for the S60, any amp with 50w rms per channel will do. The rest is up to tuning, and budget to get a better amp for better sound.

dun get it wrong, crossover does not produce power, it just deal with frequency going into each channel. A monoblock is an amp, a 1ch amp to be exact. So u can use it for ur sub of course, as for how many watts, that depends on your sub.
