I'm going to Vietnam tomorrow. And i have Credit Card as below

Maybank 2 AMEX & Visa Platinum
HSBC Amanah MPower Platinum Credit Card-i Visa
UOB One Card Platinum Visa
CIMB Cash Rebate Platinum Master Card

Plan to carry only 2 cards when travel.
Which one will be the great card to be use in vietnam ?

anyone has experience with refund in foreign currency?

does it follows the rate that was charged previously (as if reversing the transaction) OR it follows the rate of the date of refund (possible gain or loss due to fluctuation of  exchange rate)?         

I advise you use PBB instead. CIMB rate quite high, my oversea transaction always 2% while PBB always below 2%. 1.x only. Ambank also quite low rate if you have it also.

Yes last time i used to swipe Taobao, found really high. But since 6% CB so just let it be.

If direct convert, this is very high..
Anyone can enlighten me if otherwise?
