Recently I found that there is no bank charges or forex charges if pay by HLB Essential using PayPal??

i checked both rate on 25/10 and 26/10. It must be 26/10 rate because the rate for 25/10  (0.139950) is lower than 26/10. So, it should be  0% bank rate.
good info sharing.. let me try when i go overseas , using HLB essential.
