latest updates on citibank forex...

recently made NTD transaction online, and the forex charge is just ~1.4%.

So, most likely is 1% admin fee + 0.4% forex charge

At 1st I tot MBB master /visa is the lowest bank fee I mean admin fee and forex rate charger , but look like maybe not...
I which will be lowest now...
comparing cash when you go travel I recall some time card will give you lower rate cause cc is base on the day where you posted rate.... and cash usually more early day you exchange at money change usually before your travel date.
But if goble currency let put to fix.. cash should be always lower?
Or card currency give better rate?

There is no exact answer for this. Forex fluctuates everyday, so it can be either side. That is why people looking for cards that has lower charges, for instance ambank WMC, just 1% admin fee and still earn 5x points.

But recently seems like Citibank and some other banks is looking into some different way to reduce the charges.

i checked both rate on 25/10 and 26/10. It must be 26/10 rate because the rate for 25/10 (0.139950) is lower than 26/10. So, it should be 0% bank rate.
good info sharing.. let me try when i go overseas , using HLB essential.
