why my fren say Samsung will generate a lot of heat ?? those people are galaxy s owner before ..
they say it cant last for long period time... i means may be a few months then need send back factory to claim warranty ...

i never or hardly hear it b4 in SGS thread...the highest temp i get was 74c but that is the time when i was charging and playing asphalt 5 at the same time
normal usage just around 34c-45c depends which app u using

hmmm....i think so...but 4 friends say same thing to me...ask me to think again again n again before take this SGS2...they say better go for Ip 4..

we always talk bad about iPhone fan boys, and now you gonna be one.. but for android?

iPhone is a big player as well.. how can you deny it?

SGS2 is definitely gonna be awesome..and i cant wait to grab it. but i still appreciate what iPhone is great at.. smooth interface (yeah i know about 3d acceleration, but why cant android has the same?).. the ability to copy and paste almost everything.. smooth web browsing.. accurate keyboard (there's no need to change the keyboard as the default one is good enough)..

my point is.. what we prefer, and what we own.. doesn't make other stuff a crap.

to any potential buyers who not yet decide between iPhone and Android, test both yourself.. and buy the one which suits you better.

agree with irenic. oldKyoo you might want to tone down your fanboyism a bit.

The iOS platform has both eye candy and fluidity, something Android is lacking severely. HTC sense took care of the eye candy bit, but fluid it is not. I admire iOS for having such an enormous reach despite being only on one device they call a phone. Not to mention that multitouch gesture is amazing, despite being a bit gimmicky.

u can change the file system..removing anything that makes phones lag..

owned an iphone 2g all the way to an iphone4. but all are sold, its just what people say is nice to look and the so called "status" phone, if I wanted one, id get a vertu.

sorry, but i was not emphasizing on the software though it is truly what makes a device great.
Rather on hardware, something iPhone lacks, though the only thing i will give the iphone is its camera, which I find sometimes rather disappointing using an android device for its camera function.

honestly, eye candy isnt important for me or what i find most of u guys overrated it, what i prioritize most important is its functionality, reliability, sustainability(something that android has failed due to the massive competition in which one of the only few methods of truly making their devices stand out is by giving superior hardwares)

However, no prob, no offense to anyone here, and hopefully, none taken.

Want a cool phone -> iphone 4
Want to play around with ur phone -> android

Nuff said.

it really depends..last 2 years, my iphone 3g still the coolest among other phones but now, iphone is everywhere and is not cool for me anymore

p/s just my definition of "cool"
