Report in I am the user here.
Talks some my newbie experience of shure se215 SP, the sound signature quite different between the RHA T20i, the bass slightly heavy also treble a bit sharper than my T20i, the overall sound really rich as well So I am nothing to comment about this guys, the price also cheaper for Rm380 vs Rm1.2k T20i Anyway what's price and what you get from |

QUOTE(E1 - AKG @ Jan 20 2016, 03:58 PM) Look great but needed bundle with shure earphone as well, can't do with third party earbudsThe cable can't detachable as well, otherwise still can used with IEM cable as well, such as SE model This post has been edited by kimsim: Jan 20 2016, 04:13 PM |

QUOTE(Sentinel92 @ Jan 20 2016, 04:24 PM) Bro, you're paying that much money, is for the earphones itself. And it only works with that bundled amplifier. What you talking? Anyway waste the earbud, cause look great are new design an over Se846 model still can detachable cable as well.No never buy it yet, cause to be more concern of design |

QUOTE(Sentinel92 @ Jan 20 2016, 07:23 PM) That "earbud" you're talking about is an electrostatic one taking 8 years of R&D to make. And no, the cable not detachable. Because it's NOT created to be so. It's terminated with a 6-pin LEMO connector, not your usual 3.5mm or 1/4 inch Jack. The cable delivers the specific bias required by the electrostatic drivers. No aftermarket cable manufacturer has cables that can do that currently. The earphones and amplifier is only compatible with one another, and nothing else. Anyway the earbuds can be detachable like it, so more fixable to test with variable earphone like shure or westone. Here is what I mention, otherwise earbuds spoil and whole set wanna send to repair. QUOTE(Sentinel92 @ Jan 20 2016, 07:49 PM) I know you like detachable cables, but first of all, Shure has NO REASON to make their RM14K iem have detachable cables. Lol anyway not worth for money )1. Only the KSE1500 iem can work with that special cable. 2. That special cable cannot be used with other shure models. It also doesn't work with Westone, JH Audio, Fitear, Noble, CTM, or any other brand. Because the cable is created to handle a specific bias that does not work with normal iems. 3. If the unit is spoiled, you send back the whole unit. Because the issue might be in the bundle amplifier as well. Sorry hope your don't mind.. Sometime may thinking so much. QUOTE(shin2l @ Mar 3 2016, 07:41 AM) Nope, you can feel the difference, it is completely 2 different sound especially you change to silver cable I got extra silver plate cable at home lol.Eventhough the new color housing of SE846 has its stock cable improved, but still better to upgrade cable Yes agree with you, the transfer rate faster than ori stock cable |
