Question: what is the differences between Xtreme Vision and Xtreme Power?? what is the color of this buld? is it same with oem color or white color, but this is legal rite in malaysia.what is cut off n what for & do i need to install this after change my oem bulb with ur philip extreme power? and lastly what is ballast for? courier to kuala terengganu? sori too many question for u..huhuhu
