I don't remember using dbdata.tar (as advised by chainfire in his JQ1 stock flash thread @ xda-dev).

Anyway, if I am not wrong, I followed the setup as shown at http://samsungbbs.cnmo.com/thread-396707-1-1.html for JPC.

Bro, do you know how to put a sound profile widget onto the main screen where one can just click it to enable vibrate, silent and back to normal mode? HTC has a widget like that but couldn't find it for the SGT la.

After hearing that the official Gingerbread had become available, I installed Kies, updated Kies and then connected my Tab via USB. It reported that a new firmware is available and I proceeded to update the firmware. No errors encountered whatsoever and am now running firmware 2.3.3.

But after updating, I promptly un-installed Kies to prevent unnecessarily processes running on my PC.

I bought my Tab from DiGi so I guess the ones with problems updating via Kies might be the ones which have been flashed with other firmwares before or AP tabs.

yes, i had follow this step, but result, is as this version cannot be updated..
preconfig sales code is XME edi..

so how now for my case??
please advise?

for the final time, i reflash again the DXJK2 rom, then my tab version is

PDA: P1000DXJPD

Phone: P1000DXJPD

CSC: P1000OLBJPD

then i done the XME prefig again,
sync my tab time and pc same.
updated kies, version 53_99
plug in tab, suddenly pop up an updates..
pray to god, is gingerbread.. after update is really GB 2.3.3..

i think for that website better u open it through google chrome coz itself can translate it for u

Happy for you guys. Went back to modded rom after two days.Now on dip7's jpd rom and koxudaci's kernel. Problem with samsung keyboard on lowyat seems resolved. Now cursor back to normal.
For me with stock jpd, the temp quite high but now ok.

anyone having problem with overcome hermes ?
it seem like Overcome have problem with my blue tooth ....
If i connect my bt and make quick call (two to three call in a row), it will cause my phone no signal (signal bar show full) but can't make call and online ....

previous though phone issue then reboot .... but now i found out, i just need to off bt, everything will be ok ...
is also effect when in edge/3g/hsdpa jumping area, when signal drop or jump, my signal hang (only with bt on) ..... but ok with speaker phone .....

i did put the problem here but no one reply. so i just assume small cases.
yes i having problem with bluetootj.
always the connection to bluetooth headset missing although the bluetooth is on
especially when i own the wireless.
so i always need to reboot the tab

try just off the blue tooth ....
same happen to me, when my bt is connected, but i check setting and scan, it show nothing .....
