Well, my proposal is not to go for WOU.

1st, the qualification of the tutor. Some of the tutors totally have no idea on what they are teaching. They don't have sufficient experiences and they are not subject matter experts.

2nd, the qualification of service. The service is bad. Once enrolled, I have BAD customer experiences. For example, new rules to students to pay additional RM20 for car sticker every year. During registration, the advisor told me that we can park our car anytime at the campus, FREE OF CHARGE. Other than that, they are increasing the administration fees year over year, that trying to charge more to the students.

There are more and more POOR services examples. WOU seems to forget their vision and mission, and over commercialized the education business.

As a student, I don't feel "value-added" to myself since I enrolled the program to further study and I regret that made the wrong decision. As a customer, I don't feel satisfy with they way they treat their customer, even worst compare to those local U. As a hiring manager, I don't see the "quality" of students compare to those graduated from local universities.
