Is Malton ppl still managing this mall? Heard diff stories.
But latest is the take-up for the mall is quite low due to current soft market and with Summit leasing at 30-50% cheaper and reno completing early 2016, competition is intense. Good for shoppers tho |

I am not sure...just hear from mrk.
But if Damen doesnt have a cinema, that is a downside. The flooring at Summit has improved la...and ppl go there for cheaper stuff Just nice complement if Damen can have higher end retail |
